The stainless steel frame
The stainless steel frame was kindly made by the company Zimmerlin. It is 1mm thick and holds the upper wooden plate without problems. There are three holes in the frame. The lower width is for the arm, which moves the glass back and forth. The other two were meant for the old dispensing mechanism. This was, however, exhaled. The holes are just taped down with foil.
The wood construction
The wood panels are used as lining for the hull of the cocktail machine. In the lower plate are many extinguishers for screws. Here are the axles, gears and other things attached. The plate stands on five feet to ensure optimum stability. Under the plate comes out a power cable from the hull of the machine. The top plate clings to the metal frame, which is mounted in a notch in both plates. Here are holes for the axes and the Ausschankmechanik included. As a material, we have chosen wood because it is easy to clean and easy to replace.
